The NJAJ List Server is limited to regular(1) members of NJAJ engaged in representing the plaintiff in personal injury cases. Membership is limited to those who do not currently represent or work for insurance carriers, self-insured institutions or professionals concerning the defense of personal injury cases. This service is provided to Regular Members only with the exception of Allied members for the Allied List Server only.
I certify that I meet the following membership criteria of the NJAJ List Server and that I will notify NJAJ if I no longer meet this criterion. I understand that entry to all List Servers, except Matrimonial, are subject to approval by an NJAJ Board of Governor. In addition to completing this application you must also submit the List Server Agreement which is located on the NJAJ web site.
(1) 1Article III, Section 1(a) of the By-Laws of NJAJ states: Regular Members Any person who is licensed to practice in New Jersey; is of good moral character; is engaged in any field or phase of advocacy; follows the rules of professional conduct of New Jersey; and who is committed and devoted to the concept of a fair trial, the adversary system, and a just result for the injured, the accused, and those whose rights are jeopardized, shall be eligible for regular membership, and shall continue to be a regular member in good standing upon the payment of his periodic dues and the continued adherence to the objectives of the Association and to the qualifications for membership, and who shall in writing subscribe to those objectives. Provided, however, that no person shall be eligible for or continue his Regular Membership in this Association who, for the most part, represents the defense of personal injury litigation.
